As you most likely remember, a few weeks back Doug Demuro held a little contest to try and find his next car. I found a perfect car, a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Doug loved it so much he gave it 1st for the biggest surprise category. That meant that I got the Cadillac beach towel!

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

I was shocked when i opened the box to also find a copy of his book. I have been meaning to read it forever so now I can!

I will have to take Doug's word on it being washed. He really did love that towel. Hopefully when he hits it big, this book will be worth a ton now that he signed it!

And it really is a nice looking towel. It is wrapped around me now as I type this.

So, thanks Doug for the fun contest and copy of your book. I will read it and review it soon! And last time I checked, the truck is still available!

I'll admit, I decided I'd read his book but never really did it until recently. Waaay more entertaining than expected, one of the best books I've read in years. You'll enjoy it, trust me.

2 things:

1.) Do you now have Dougs address? When he picks the wrong car (which he will invariably do) can we gather outside with pitchforks and torches?

2.) You should frame that note. It may be worth millions some day. Or not. probably not. Definitely not.

Not that I wouldn't trust Doug, but I'd wash that towel yourself just to be extra sure....

It always cracks me up that you can sign up for delivery updates (sometimes even charge you for them) they have one job! How come we have to ensure the delivery?
Its like going to a restaurant and placing an order for Shrimp Scampi.. "So sir, would you like to ensure that you will receive the shrimp scampi for an additional fee?" No! It is their job!
